Summer rentals are available on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) starting the first week of June of each year and ending Labor Day weekend. Rentals are secured on a first come-first serve basis only after receiving deposit. To secure a specific week, please follow this process:
1) Send an email with the specific week you would like to rent.
2) Upon confirmation that the week is available, send check immediately for 1/2 of the weekly rental (address will be provided). A 3 day hold will be put on that week to allow for mail delivery.
3) The balance (remaining 1/2 of rental amount) and a $250 security deposit will be due 1 month prior to your arrival.
4) Instructions on where to pick up the keys will also be provided before arrival.
